Ms. Poonam Sachdeva is the President and CEO , Skipperseil Limited. She is the co-promoter of the Company and has been associated with SkipperSeil Ltd. since 1994. She has an M.Sc. in Statistics and Mathematics and has contributed to the Company’s growth with her strong analytical mind and business acumen. Ms. Sachdeva has dexterously served Skipper for over 2 decades, spearheading its business operations for 5 subsidiaries w.r.t. Strategic Planning, HR andamp; Business Development functions. She is currently heading the newly constructed state-of- the-art EHV transformer manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Ms. Sachdeva is widely known in the Industry as a socially conscious business leader and her pioneering efforts in this area have left an indelible mark on the socio-economic fabric of Skipper’s countries of operation. She has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision of Skipper Foundation – Skipper’s Corporate Social Responsibility and philanthropic arm and has managed the rigorous implementation of CSR activities in healthcare, education and skill development in India and Africa. Under her leadership, many health camps have been conducted in Bhiwadi, India and many states of Nigeria. She holds the distinction of working with major African dignitaries w.r.t. various CSR activities.
