ELECTRICITY - The Focus is Moving to Consumers

Mr Vijay Karia
Chairman, ELECRAMA 2018

I would say that now the word energy is being replaced by the word electricity. And if are talking about electricity because the focus is now coming back on to manufacturers. And it’s coming back on to consumers rather than mere generators. So it’s moving from T&D (transmission and distribution) to consumer side and that is very good for the country. We are going to see this whole concept of last mile connectivity coming in which was hitherto missing in ELECRAMA. So W4C (World Contractors Consultants and Channel Partners Congress) is going to take care of that. And we are going to see something which is absolutely world class in terms of technologies, in terms of digital experiences. So this ELECRAMA is truly digital, truly world class.I think people will find it very interesting both to exhibit and attend.
